The (new) UMass
Sustainable Food and Farming Certificate Program
Starting in January 2011, the UMass
Plant, Soils and Insect Sciences Department will offer a new Certificate
in Sustainable Food and Farming for anyone with a High School Diploma
or GED.
Graduation from this program requires
15 academic credits, most of which may be taken either online or earned
through practical experience while you are working on a farm or related
non-profit enterprise.
